I had a delightful experience at Hotel La Chance. The staff were exceptionally kind, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The stunning views of the Alpine Giants enveloped my mornings, enhancing my relaxation in the spa, and the warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.

Room decor needs updating.

Rooms show signs of age, with dated decor and mattresses that could use an upgrade for a better night's sleep. The steep climb to the main lifts is a hassle, not to mention the on-site dining options lack variety and often serve food that’s lukewarm at best, disappointing those expecting hot meals. the chaos from large school groups can be disruptive, especially during mealtimes and in the corridors.

Not to mention the noise levels during mealtimes from large groups, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. The room decor felt dated, and the mattresses could definitely use an upgrade for a more comfortable sleep. while there were some highlights, these issues dampened the experience a bit.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of choices, and the homemade cakes were a delightful treat. the resort had limited shopping and dining options. while the ski hire was convenient, the process could feel a bit rushed, and the walk to the lifts required more effort than anticipated. Still, the stunning views from the room compensated for these drawbacks.

we had an amazing honeymoon trip at la chance. the spa was incredible, and the staff, especially andre, made us feel special throughout our stay. the views from our room were stunning, and the dinner menus each night were delightful.
